 Welcome to Brennan Counseling Dept. 

The Brennan HS Guidance & Counseling Department is working hard to ensure a smooth transition for all our students and we will provide many opportunities for individual growth and development. We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive guidance and counseling program that consists of the following four components:

  • Guidance Curriculum (goal-setting, cyber bullying, healthy relationships, etc.)
  • Responsive Services (individualized attention/small groups)
  • Individualized Student Planning (graduation requirements, career/college exploration) 
  • System Support (school/community resources). 

Brennan Counselors make a difference!

The Brennan Counselors can provide the “BEAR” necessities for the transition to high school.  The Guidance & Counseling Department is here to serve our students by providing a comprehensive program that will focus on the needs of the Brennan community.

NISD understands the positive impact of providing education opportunities for the entire community.
Offers valuable resources that assist students in acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for healthy development
SSIP plans and implements a comprehensive drug and violence prevention program.
