ALPHA, Advanced Learning Programs for High Achievers

Salutations ALPHA students and visitors!

"All rise. Here comes the judge! Order in the court! Your witness, I object, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" are statements most commonly heard in the courtroom. It is time for the ALPHA investigators to explore the world of Law and Justice. What an exciting unit, in which we will discover the foundation of the legal system and tap into CSI!

Meet the Teacher
In my twenty-fifth year of teaching, it is exciting to be the Gifted/Talented & Enrichment Specialist. I began my educational journey as an intern in Pensacola, Florida. Fortunately, I was hired to teach fourth grade in a Drop-Out Prevention Program. In order to promote my life-long learning, I received my Master's degree at Houston Baptist University in Curriculum and Instruction with a Specialization in Instructional Technology.Throughout my teaching career, I have taught kinder through fifth grade with my most stimulating position as a gifted teacher. It is my hope to inspire my students to reach beyond the acceptable and achieve the exceptional.

When my role is not being mom or teacher, I enjoy outdoor activities and my daily run. If I am around my hometown, I love to pull lines, catch the wind, and sail until the sun goes down.
