Bill Stiteler


Dear Parents and Students,

My name is Bill Stiteler and I am starting my second year as an instructor at the Construction Career Academy for the 2013-2014 school year. I have been teaching with the Northside Independent School District for eighteen years and I am very excited about being here and working with the CCA team. I have an extensive background in construction as it relates to construction management, construction and building regulations, estimating, HVAC, electrical control systems, purchasing, market development and natural disaster recovery through work with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in Floriculture with a specialization in landscape design, teaching certification in Vocational Construction Trades from Texas State University and my Master’s degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
