    Welcome to P.E.! I look forward to a wonderful year with all of you. I would like to take this moment and introduce our NEW! Coach, Beth Stricklin. She comes to us from Northeast ISD. Coach Stricklin and I will be teaching your kids the importance of daily physical activity and healthy eating habits. Boone students, get ready to exercise and learn about all the right foods and drinks that will energize you and make you healthier. I would like to take this moment to mention just a few things that might be helpful to you and your child. I will focus our lessons on your child's physical, emotional, and social development. Your child will participate in individual and dual activities, as well as, team sports. Motor-skill development and health-related fitness will also be emphasized throughout the year.  Please remember to always send your child dressed appropriately (tennis shoes, comfortable clothing) to do physical activities. I hope this year is successful and rewarding, both academically and physically, for you and your child.  Please feel free to meet with me or Coach Stricklin about any concerns regarding your child .
