The Chemistry On-Line Learning Portal is a comprehensive library of chemistry videos which I've specifically designed to help your budding scientist to master the concepts of chemistry. They can be particularly useful when your child doesn't quite understand the ideas presented in class and needs a bit more instruction. The videos also allow your student to keep up with the class when they are absent (especially for longer periods of time) and cannot come in before or after school for personal tutoring because of other commitments.
I've placed the Important Classroom Information section on the right in case something like a syllabus or safety contract gets lost. Think of the videos in this section as your child's personal online tutor buddy. His name is Bryant Priur and he can be a valuable friend to have if your child wants a quick review of the information covered in class.
If your child is absent and can't make it in for tutoring or they just need a more comprehensive overview of the material, the podcasts listed below in the VideoPodcast Central section will help. The instructors are of the highest quality and will guide your student step by step through the chemistry concepts which they've missed.
In the Chavana's Video Tutorials section, I take students through some of the more demanding concepts of first year chemistry with practice problems to help hone their skills.
Finally, I have added a Video Podcast Enrichment Section for those students who have mastered the material and are eager to tackle something a little more challenging.
